Learn to Lift is a class designed for people new to using free weight and also those looking to improve their lifting technique. This class will guide you through everything you need to know, from setting up the racks, the various types of bars and obviously the lifts themselves.

This class sets the base for everything you do in the gym. Any building is only as strong as its foundation and this class will help you establish a rock solid one.
