Whether you want to improve your general fitness, increase your power for sports performance or have dreams of competing, we can help you reach your goals.
This class is 2 hours long to give us time to go through all the technical aspects of the lifts and make sure you’re able to lift in a safe manner. It’s recommended that you have a good level of experience lifting weights before you sign up to this class. If you’re new to the gym, then we recommend you attend our Learn to Lift class first.
