Violaine Delauge is a Level 3 personal trainer as well as a Mindset Coach. She has a keen interest in strength and conditioning and holds specialist certification in Pilates, Pre and Post-natal coaching, and coaching menopausal women. <\/p>

For the past 11 years, Violaine has worked with men and women of all ages and capabilities. If you\u2019re looking to build general strength, rehabilitate after surgery or train for a specific goal, then Violaine has the experience to guide you.
