Here at Athletic Edge, we don’t believe in cramming the room full of clients. All our classes are limited to 8 people, which allows us to properly coach each person in the group and provide individual feedback. This is how we get the most out of each client and in our opinion, it’s how coaching should be done!
Are you struggling to get to full depth on your squats or unable to keep your elbows up during cleans? Our Mobility class is all about helping you loosen off your muscles and improve your range of movement.

This class is targeted towards clients that already have experience of Pilates. The movements and techniques are more advanced. If you’re unsure of your level, then give us a call and we can help to advise you.
